My name is Lauren Williams and I’m a Realtor, life-long equestrian, and proud mom to my Weimaraner– Troubadour. Born and raised in Fort Worth, I know this city and its different neighborhoods like the back of my hand. After graduating from Arlington Heights High School, I went on to pursue my passion of health & fitness, and received my Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University. Four months prior to graduating, I began to realize the benefits of buying a home instead of renting, and I took the leap at a young age. I had very little support or guidance along the way, and in such a stressful time, all I wanted was a hand to hold and a knowledgeable person to have my back. This experience had such a profound impact on me that I walked away from being a personal trainer and chose to pursue a career as a Realtor. I have never looked back.  Nobody should have to go it alone.

I can sit here and tell you I have strong negotiating skills, local market
knowledge, and so forth – and of course, I do – but one thing I want to share
with you, the thing that is the most important tool I can provide you in your
home sale or purchase, is my passion. I didn’t get into the industry just to make
money. I got into the industry because I fell in love with it. I fell in love with
the homes, the character each one had, and the beautiful people I got to help. I fell in love with hearing people’s stories, really getting to know their needs for their futures, and focusing on ensuring you found a home that actually met those future goals. Real estate can be a stressful thing, moving out of a home you’ve known for years can be painful, buying your first home can be terrifying, and it can be harder if you don’t have someone to partner with who doesn’t take the time to understand that. My business goes beyond the professionalism I can bring to the table, my years of knowledge about our local market and communities, and past the number of sales I’ve made thus far. Instead, it prioritizes you. How much can you afford? What motivates your move? What do you HAVE to have to make this big transition in your life?  You need a real estate agent who understands that, and seeks to know the answer to those questions, and all of the other important ones that make buying and selling a reality for you.

I strive to educate each of my clients on the market, the buying/selling/renting process, and I am always “real” with them. This knowledge provides my clients the confidence that they will be protected during the process of purchasing their home and that they will always be informed. Even in one of the most competitive real estate markets, I have chosen to take initiative and sought innovative options outside of the norm in order to find my buyers the home of their dreams.
